I missed a couple days of harvesting from our garden and this is what I have to catch up with! Today I picked: 2- 2 foot long Zucchini, 7 cucumbers, about 5 Roma tomatoes 7 Beefsteak tomatoes, 8 green and purple bell peppers, and about a hundred cherry tomatoes(literally!)! And I'm going to have to go back tomorrow for more! We picked our three pumpkins last Saturday, and we're SO looking forward to making our homemade pumpkin pie from them! We have more Zucchini coming, more cucumbers, about a zillion more tomatoes, Squash, onions, peppers, tomatillos, garlic, various herbs, etc. they will all just keep growing until Mother Nature pulls the plug on our nice weather(which is probably going to be soon)
You can see that the top half of this plant is still just covered with flowers!
(poor little guys won't even get a chance to fulfill their life's dream of being on a salad . . . . Sniffle, sniffle)
I wont buy those pathetic little tomato cages, what good would they do against this kind of a monster?
The underbelly of the beast
I think this one got a little confused!

Ah...except for potatoes we are just a measly flop. Glad you did so well. Here's the gardeners creed: "Maybe next year" :)
