We're preparing for eternity

It's official!!

We are planning our sealing in the Seattle Temple for August 4, 2011. That is the day before the Seversike/Johnson family reunion, so hopefully that will work best for everyone.

We ABSOLUTELY want all of Zach's family there - especially parents, (hopefully) all Seversike AND Johnson siblings, and spouses of siblings too.

We really want to share this day with you and would like you to share it with us, if at all possible; so please calendar to spend that day in the best place we can think of for the next step on our road to eternity.

Love to you all,
Debbie & Zach

YES on eternity! Yes on a Seversike Reunion! and NOOOOOOO on 1098 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!The taxes it cuts are B&O taxes, which are pennies. (But it sounds good to say it "cuts taxes!")NEVER in Washington's history have the legislators left a tax meant "only to apply for some" alone. They continually and systematically rob ear-marked education funds for pet projects, that inevitably are millions over-budget before they begin. I'm old enough to remember why we should allow gambling in our state. The money raised would totally fund education. That was the selling point. Well, 30 years later we have a casino in every town, but need money for education! Supposedly this taxes only the rich. Today the "rich" (many independent businesses who will be forced to lay off, given the burden Obama's health care debacle places on them, coupled with new taxes, or more probably, move out of state, taking their revenue with them, or simply fold.)tomorrow a few more, nudging the number downward to include the "almost rich", the day after that, the rest of the middle class. there is no restriction written in this bill requiring a vote by the people to change it. Washington is famous for midnight passage of bad for the people legislation. This is bad legislation on so many levels, vote NOOOOO!!!
(By the by, did you know several small businesses are canceling their health care for their employees? It's cheaper to pay the penalties.)We must vote next week, vote to cut wreckless spending, and waste. Sorry to go on and on, struck a nerve here!

Not sure exactly how I struck a nerve, but so glad you shared.
Love you.

Oh, I see!! Today when I went on to see if there were any new postings, there was an ad for "HOT DANG", a hamburger joint. The day I commented there was an ad that said, "YES on 1098". Which I thought was a bit odd, you being Utahians! Now I get it, that they are random ads. (with a sometimes socialist agenda!!) kissies!
